Here is a summary of our day. Following breakfast, we prepared to load into our white van when someone noticed a pool of fluid under the front. The gear-headed members of our team quickly identified the source and used their talents to fix the issue and get us on our way. We arrived at the work site at 9AM.

Today’s work was a continuation of yesterday’s, transporting dirt one bucket at a time to back fill a retaining wall. The speed of the work has served a great reminder of the timeframe God often adopts…the long view. The cool morning temps have been ideal for this work.

We took a break for lunch in the early afternoon and returned to the local café down the street. We were all very tired and ready for another good meal. We were joined by the construction site managers for Urban Mosaic, Alfredo and Sergio.
