Crucible #1 is over! I think the big thing that we are learning right now is that men in Kenya are very similar to all of us. We all struggle. We all believe lies about ourselves. We all need encouragement! And we all need Jesus! The Crucible is such an awesome way for men to regain their masculinity and believe the truths that God, their Creator, believes about them! We believe that God wants us to pour our hearts into the men that we serve! That is why we are here.
It was a great few days. Tomorrow we will take a day to rest and recover and explore the city of Nairobi. The team is working well together and has been able to enjoy our time here so far. The Man Enough Summit starts on Thursday evening. We are looking forward to it and are excited to be taught by our Kenyan brothers.
