The Musana Educators Team has been so blessed to have another incredible day at the school with the children and teachers!
We have seen teachers using so many of the strategies they have learned in the past with our teams and seen continued eagerness to learn and grow even more. It is absolutely amazing how far they have come in the last two years! Without a doubt, we are definitely learning as much from them as they are from us. Their chants, their songs, their love, and passion are just a few of the inspirational traits of these teachers where we see room for us to improve in our own craft. How many teachers and students in the US come to school from 7:00 to 9:00 at night to learn more?!
And now we are also seeing teachers incorporating literature in their classrooms, using movement breaks, and asking questions, which tap into critical thinking. These teachers are on fire for their students' learning and are clearly fueled by God's grace.
