After a long day of travel, our team finally made it to Dubai. We quickly checked in to our hotel and then took a couple of taxicabs to the Dubai mall and had a very late dinner. After dinner, we walked around outside of the mall and were able to see the Burj Khalifa - at 2727 feet, the tallest building in the world. We are now back at the hotel, and each of us is ready to enjoy the few hours of sleep we'll get before flying into Kabul in the morning (or should I say this morning, as it is already way past midnight). Please remember to pray for us as we begin to engage with the people of Afghanistan and as we strengthen existing relationships and begin to build new ones.
